Disinfectant Products

The products we use kill 99.9999% of harmful pathogens, including Coronavirus, reducing the risk of cross-contamination, with virucidal activity relevant to enveloped viruses which includes Coronavirus.

We use a few different tried and tested products including the PX-range of virucides supplied by Kilgerm. These have inferred efficacy against coronaviruses due to proven efficacy against Caliciviridae and Vaccinia virus, the laboratory surrogate strain for enveloped virus claims (Coronavirus is an enveloped virus).

The products we use will kill Norovirus (winter vomiting bug), food poisoning organisms such as E.coli and antibiotic-resistant bacteria MRSA in a wide variety of premises.

ULV Fogging

ULV fogging in conjunction with your normal cleaning programme will ensure a fully cleansed and disinfected environment. Our ultra-low volume (ULV) fogging machines use large volumes of air at low pressures to transform the virucides into droplets that are dispersed into the atmosphere.

Similar to a mist, the microscopic droplets containing the virucide cleaning agent reach even the most secluded areas and evenly land on surfaces. Within an hour, the droplets will air dry on their own leaving disinfected surfaces. The premise can then be entered again.

Safe Decontamination

Our Decontamination & Disinfectant Service involves the application of a biocidal product – in the form of a spray of mist – to areas of your property affected by pest activity. This treatment is food-safe, non-corrosive, non-staining and safe to use on surfaces such as soft metals, plastics and fabrics.

We contacted Gerry The Wasp Man because we thought we had a wasps nest in our tree. Gerry was able to visit the same day which was a boon, otherwise we would've had to wait for 5 days for a visit from the local council. In the end, it turned out it we had honeybees. (Wasps don’t swarm). Instead of charging us for a call out fee, Gerry contacted a local beekeeper to come and take away the bees, which he was able to do safely within the hour. He also gifted us a delicious pot of honey. It was a wonderful outcome for us all- especially for the honeybees. Gerry was kind and generous with his time. I highly recommend him. Gerry The Wasp Man is your man, even if he isn’t your man!

Gerry was able to pop round a few hours after I called. He was on time, very professional and explained everything he was doing. Time will ultimately tell if the treatment he has administered works and I'll update the review as necessary but so far so good and would recommend. Update: its been over a month and no sign of any pests. Gerry rang to follow up and thankfully no more treatments are needed

Gerry was busy unfortunately, but very kindly forwarded me a name/number of a rival business to sort out my pigeons in roof eaves issue. The guy came within the hour as he’d had a cancellation and said we were very fortunate the pigeons hadn’t built their nest. He resolved the pigeons issue (with a wire mesh to cover the hole) and was done within the hour. Thanks to Gerry for recommending!! Hard to find good, honest, reliable tradesmen in this day and age.

Gerry came round very quickly and got straight into the loft to eradicate a rather large wasp nest. Very professional and very polite. He took all the mess ie wasp nest with him and assured my girlfriend that the problem was well and truly over after she was fretting and hiding behind closed doors! A brilliant job done by a friendly and professional guy. We had a wasps next at my mother in laws house in Hounslow. I called Gerry on a Saturday while I was down visiting and he fit me in for a Sunday removal - I was not expecting such a speedy service!

I cannot thank Gerry enough. He is the go to man for any pests. I have had Terrible wasp experiences in the past so for someone to keep you calm during treating them goes a long way.. This time round, there was luckily no nest but Gerry did a full inspection keeping our safety paramount. He fitted a visit in around my busy day too! To top it off, when I asked him how much I owed him, he didn't charge! I insisted many times but Gerry was happy to inspect for free. A genuine tradesman. Good sense of humour too :-).
